Refund policy

  1. Replacement and Exchange requests must be initiated within 7-days  of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted. 
  2. All sales are final. Nine Souls does not offer a refund policy. However, exchanges or replacements are allowed in case of damaged / defective pieces.

  3. On approval, a reverse pickup will be arranged from the delivery address. A ₹150 Pickup Fee Will be Charged for both Exchanges & Replacements. 

    If reverse pickup is unavailable at the pin code, the customer may be required to self-ship the product to the address mentioned on the website by Nine Souls. Shipping risks during self-shipment remain the customer’s responsibility.

  4. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted if brand tags will either be tampered or removed.
